The place was just as advertised. We loved it. The beach across the street is very convenient and quiet. The condo has all the amenities and is in a prime location, remote but not far from everything. It was really nice and comfortable to come back to after a day of fun in the sun. Communication with Viktoria was great. She is available, easy to reach and a pleasure to talk to. I am definitely returning to this place and you should too! And….on the way in, make sure you stop by Sugar Beach Bakery for the best banana cream pie ever. Thank you Viktoria! Deanna, California

This property exceeded our expectations. The pics don’t so it justice. We have a very expensive luxurious mattress at home and the bed at this condo was beyond comfortable! The kitchen came fully stocked to make our own food which we did and having an in unit washer and dryer was life changing. I hate packing home dirty clothes. I would send stay here again. Very nice and clean apartment super close to the beach. The property was well maintained with a good size pool and a jacuzzi. There were some sand toys and beach chair available for use as well. My kids had fun using them. There are some very nice restaurants within a few minutes drive. Overall was a great stay! Gohar, California

This place was amazing! It had everything my wife and I needed to fully enjoy our one year anniversary. The pool and hot tub was a nice change up from the beautiful beach directly across the street. The condo was clean, extremely well equipped and spacious. In short, there was everything one needs and much more. Staying there at the end of November, we enjoyed the shared pool and jacuzzi a lot, which allowed us to extend our open-air time considerably. Victoria was very easy and quick to communicate with and everything was spot on in terms of accuracy and reliability. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in Kihei again. We stayed in the Condo for six days in November and it was great! Next time, we will visit Maui again, we definitely will try to get this condo again. It’s close to the Airport, shopping daily groceries is easy and the main “attractions” of Maui are easy to reach. We’ve met several other condo-inhabitants in the evening, doing our BBQ and we got many hints where to go on Maui and had nice conversations. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant! This condo was the perfect place for my wife and me to spend 5 days on the west side of Maui, especially welcome after 3 days in a rustic cabin on the Hana coast. The apartment was very clean and well-supplied with what we needed for a comfortable base and is ideally situated for beach access and exploring the western and central parts of the island. As well, Viktoria’s help when we discovered the luggage issue in flying over to the Big Island was phenomenal! Highly recommended! David, Ontario, Canada

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! We loved being able to walk to the beach across the street and loved feeling like we were the only people there! The space itself is perfect – we were near all the souvenir stands as well as the more expensive stores in wailea. The condo itself was wonderfully equipped for the days we wanted to fuel up before embarking on adventures around the island. We especially appreciated all the beach equipment in the closet, as well as the washer/dryer for all our sandy beachwear. It was also really nice to be able to relax in the jacuzzi at night after whole days spent exploring. We ha so much fun in Maui and will definitely recommend this space to everyone! We had a terrific time again at Kihei Bay Vista. Unit was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The new living/dining flooring and furniture were nice too. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Viktorias Condo. Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet für 2 Personen sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ausserdem gibt’s im Condo eine Waschmaschine & Trockner, sodass man zwischendurch auch mal waschen kann. Zum Areal gehört auch ein Poolbereich & die Grills direkt nebenan können für ein BBQ genutzt werden. Das Condo liegt grad gegenüber vom Strand. Vom Zentrum sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten, je nach Verkehr. Viktoria haben wir leider nie persönlich getroffen, aber sie hat uns per Mail mit ganz vielen Infos und Tipps für Ausflüge, sowie Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Besonders gefallen hat uns Lahaina sowie der Old Lahaina Luau. Das unserer Meinung nach beste Shave Ice gibt’s bei Ululani’s Shave Ice. Wir können das Condo auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen & hoffen, eines Tages nochmals kommen zu können.

I selected this condo based on the reviews, which Viktoria had received. She did not disappoint. Her communication leading up to my arrival was as promised. I was in Maui during Hurricane Ana and I received several emails on storm preparation and a lis of things to do in case of evacuation. They also sent emailed a list of activities on rainy day activities. The condo itself was in a great location and everything was as promised. Great spot and great hosts!! Julie, Burlingame

Das Condo hat alles,was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet sowohl in der Wohnung als auch für einen gelungenen Tag am Strand. Alles ist wunderbar sauber,auch der Pool ist wunderbar. Besonders toll waren die ganzen netten Vorschläge und Ratschläge für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und auch die Empfehlungen zum essen sind sehr gut und hilfreich. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub auf Maui!

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo felt very homely and was well-equipped. It was in a good location (very near plenty of shops, restaurants, and beaches), yet the condo area itself was quiet. Viktoria was a very gracious host. We happened to be in Maui when Iselle was coming near the islands, and Viktoria kept us updated on the storm, gave us many helpful tips, came by to make sure everything was okay, gave us a flashlight, and even offered to allow us to stay extra nights if we needed. I couldn’t have imagined having such a great and caring host. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend staying at one of Viktoria’s condos during your stay in Kihei.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß. Es fühlte sich gut an ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Ankleidezimmer zu haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine richtige Badewanne und der Balkon ist auch sehr groß. Insgesamt war es ein super schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde die Wohnung jedem weiter empfehlen.
