First, we know that no words can explain everyone’s individual experience over the last couple of weeks. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is causing massive disruption to the health, safety and livelihoods of communities around the world.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been keeping a close eye on how the COVID-19 pandemic has developed across the world, and especially Hawaii.
As the situation continues to unfold, the State of Hawaii has mandated a shelter-in-place order for all residents, forced the closure of non-essential businesses, stopped most incoming flights, and required all incoming and inter-island travelers to self-quarantine for 14 days.

In these uncertain times, Sunny Maui Vacations stands tall and will continue to do so.
We remain open and dedicated to serving our current guests, while re-inviting or offering full refunds to guests who can not make their bookings. Anyone who contacts us can expect a reply within 2–3 hours, just like normal.
Also, there has never before been a higher focus on the cleanliness of our vacation condos and homes, and we are taking extra steps to keep each unit cleaner than ever.
Our housekeeping team performs a deep clean of every unit that was occupied, and will perform a second deep clean before any new guest arrives — even if the unit has remained unoccupied.

We all know this situation is temporary, and Hawaii will one day welcome you back to its beloved islands.
We are prepared to navigate through these difficult times, and are doing everything we can to make sure you feel confident and happy when booking with us in the future.
